We are PARC. We focus on sustainable, social and community driven property investment and development opportunities. We develop places that actively engage with local surroundings, that help shape neighbourhoods that are enjoyable, liveable, and economically productive.
SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE
Our developments target connected ‘urban infill’ - meaning we’re not adding to the sprawling suburbs. Building within existing infrastructure frameworks means maximising public amenity and usage.
ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS
Built form can have varied environmental impacts from the choice and use of materials, to solar principles, to orientation and location. Our aim is to create buildings that focus on best practice choices. We also target locations well connected in terms of public and recreational transport.
BUILDING STRONG COMMUNITY
We build within existing neighbourhoods, and proactively support the areas we develop in, working closely with councils and neighbourhood groups.
DESIGN LED
When we say Design Led, we don’t just mean the paint colours (though we take care here too), we mean every detail from solar and ventilation efficiencies, to landscaping, to functionality and location of switches, is thoughtfully considered.
ETHICAL INVESTING & RESPONSIBLE GROWTH
Our developments are built for the long term good. We believe investing more in our values builds better long term returns, and ultimately benefits both the tangible outcomes and the end residents.
LOCALLY OWNED & OPERATED
We live and work in the communities we create in. So not only do we have a great understanding of these areas, we also live amongst our applied values.
'PARC is always looking to deliver the best social and commercial outcomes for the life of the property, our partners, and the residents within.'
OUR VALUES
Within the need for community housing and businesses, for us to create a development, it has to add to a better tomorrow.
We recognise there is great importance in not only what we develop, but how we develop. We share the vision of One Planet Living and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
We look to create new concepts and new programs. We’ve partnered with councils, government, universities, non-for-profits and private investors to create new industry benchmarks.
Innovative steps range from our global leading solar battery apartment development to a concept for WA’s first timber framed office high-rise.
POSITIVE OUTCOMES
Our Evermore WGV development is recognised by peers as a Global Leader in the prestigious international program One Planet Living. This places the development alongside other internationally recognised One Planet Communities including WGV in Perth, Westwyck Ecovillage in Melbourne, Villages Nature in Paris and Somo Village in San Francisco.
